I am not very confident in this assignment simply because I feel other people found better and more creative or professional looking photos. I am not, and have never had an interest in photography and I kind of get into that in my week reflection.

My first three photos of course include Justin, and he was the first thing I thought of when given the prompt of something growing and openness. The third prompt was very easy and I could have photographed anything, but I think this was my first time ever taking a square photo. I feel the close up photo is of something very recognizable, I found it was pretty hard to get my phone to focus and create a good quality image, but I am happy with the result. The next image was very easy as I sit here most days to work on school work. This is the dining room at my work and there are three different types of chairs at this table. I feel these contrast the most in so many different ways. I don’t know much about room design besides what I have saved to some Pinterest boards, however I know these chairs clash greatly. The next prompt was to photograph my favorite color, however I have no idea what my favorite color is. I wear mostly neutrals and very low key colors because I hate standing out. I feel it would be very dark to take a picture of something black, grey, or brown. I asked my boyfriend what my favorite color is and he pointed at that blanket and said that he thought blue or purple, so I photographed the said blanket. Finally, I photographed a glass cup, but it is cool because you cant tell if it was taken looking down on the top or bottom of the glass.

I had a lot of fun with this assignment. I told myself that I was going to do the first list and I am a workaholic, so this was hard to know that I wouldn’t be able to complete this assignment in one sitting. I didn’t end up doing the first list like I had challenged myself to, but I am very proud of the way this turned out.
